Our Operating Partner
DGR Health Services, LLC was formed to develop and to manage a national network of TMS and Brain Wellness clinics focused on delivering advanced mental health care featuring the latest innovations in the delivery of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services. DGR is also the owner of Complete Mind Care, with an existing network of TMS clinics. The principals of DGR are recognized experts in TMS and most recently assisted Brainsway, a leading TMS chair manufacturer, in conducting a research study in an accelerated TMS treatment protocol which was just approved by the FDA.
In addition, DGR principals including Dr. Moore, Dr. Chu and Mr. Syrop, who previously developed and operated the second largest TMS chain in the United States with over 30 clinics treating more than 600 TMS patients per day. Drawing on this experience, DGR will partner closely with Tranquil’s leadership team to combine operational excellence with their proven Direct-to-Consumer marketing expertise in the deployment of the new Tranquil/DGR clinics. Together, they are committed to ensuring a robust flow of patients seeking alternatives to traditional psychiatry and to providing them with advanced, outcomes-driven care.

Tyler Ehler
Chief Executive Officer
Tyler Ehler serves as CEO of Tranquil Healthcare, a growing network of TMS clinics delivering cutting-edge interventional psychiatry across underserved markets. With a background in biotechnology, healthcare communications, and capital markets, Tyler brings a strategic blend of clinical innovation and operational scalability to Tranquil’s partner-driven model. <br> Prior to Tranquil, Tyler served as Head of Investor Relations at both I-Mab Biopharma (NASDAQ: IMAB) and KBP Biosciences. At KBP, he played a lead role in preparing regulatory filings and successfully supporting a $75 million capital raise. At I-Mab, he oversaw global investor strategy and cross-border communications during a critical phase of the company’s U.S. expansion. He also held earlier roles in institutional equity sales, advising U.S. investors on healthcare and macroeconomic trends in emerging markets. Tyler holds a B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences from McGill University and a Master’s in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). His mission at Tranquil is to scale patient-centered, partner-operated clinics that integrate clinical excellence with sustainable, evidence-based care models across the U.S.
Jeff Campbell
Chief Marketing Officer
Jeffrey Campbell is a senior level executive who brings over 25 years of hands-on branded response experience. He currently serves as CMO for RealDefense, LLC, which develops and markets security, privacy and productivity software and services for consumers and small businesses. In addition, Jeff has served as a board member since 2017. Previous roles include: CRO of Fitlab, the first platform to connect all aspects of one’s fitness lifestyle, bringing immersive experiences whenever, wherever and however one trains. CEO of Geographic Farming, a media company focused on localized lead generation services for real estate agents, which was sold to the venture firm, RenRen. President of UFC FIT, a joint venture between New Evolution Ventures, and the UFC. UFC Fit provided both at-home workouts, and a streaming content platform for its traditional gym members. Jeff has also served as the Executive Vice President of SENSA where he oversaw customer acquisition and retention. Under his guidance, the brand grew from $25mm to $180mm in revenue in only 4 years. During his tenure, his team was nominated for Marketer of the Year by the Direct Response Marketing Alliance for 2011, 2012, 2013, and won in 2012. Jeff received a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles.
Dr. Del Sol
Medical Director
Dr. Del Sol is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and adult care. With advanced training in integrative psychiatry, trauma-informed care, and functional medicine, she blends conventional psychiatry with holistic approaches to address the root causes of mental health challenges. She holds certifications from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, Gx Sciences (Nutrigenomics), and Neuronetics (TMS), and is a provider for the Neuroimmune Foundation. Her affiliations include ILADS, IMMH, AACP, and the Same Here Global Mental Health Movement. Dr. Del Sol has served in pediatric trauma units at Level 1 hospitals and acts as a clinical preceptor at Johns Hopkins University. She is completing training with the Institute of Functional Medicine and the International Congress of Regenerative Medicine. Her mission is to shift psychiatry from a disease-based model to one focused on correctable brain imbalances, empowering patients to achieve harmony between mind and body. She fosters international collaboration across more than 10 countries, helping to integrate innovative, evidence-based treatments into mainstream care. Her work supports a dynamic model of coordinated care, connecting professionals across disciplines to deliver more comprehensive and compassionate mental health support.
Dr. Kevin Moore
Clinical Advisor
Dr. Moore is a distinguished forensic psychiatrist and retired U.S. Navy Captain with board certifications in Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, and Addiction Psychiatry, as well as certification in Psychiatric Administration and Management. He currently serves as Medical Director of Telepsychiatry at InTouch Health and maintains a private forensic practice. Over his military career, he held multiple senior leadership roles including Commanding Officer of a U.S. Naval Hospital in Japan, Commander of a Medical Task Force in Kuwait, and Division Surgeon for the First Marine Division. An accomplished speaker and author, Dr. Moore has contributed extensively to the fields of combat-related PTSD, dangerousness assessment, and military psychiatry.
Dr. George Chu
Ph.D
Dr. Chu is a clinical psychologist and serial healthcare entrepreneur with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and an MBA from The Wharton School of Finance. He is a co-founder of Complete Mind Care, a general psychiatry practice serving over 4,000 active patients with medication management, psychotherapy, Spravato, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services. Previously, Dr. Chu co-founded Success TMS, the second-largest TMS provider in the U.S., where he led new business development and oversaw rapid clinic expansion across six states. His past roles also include serving as Inpatient Director at the renowned Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic (later acquired by CHOP), Managing Director in Van Kampen Merritt’s healthcare investment banking group, and turnaround consultant for healthcare organizations such as Alvarez & Marsal, Merakey, the Kirkbride Center, and several Philadelphia-based FQHCs.

Randy Syrop is the Chief Executive Officer of Complete Mind Care of PA(CMC), a leading general psychiatry practice offering comprehensive services including medication management, therapy, Spravato®, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Under his leadership, the practice is focused on delivering personalized and evidence-based care to 4000+ active patients receiving treatment at CMC. Previously, Randy served as CEO of Success TMS, where he oversaw the expansion and operations of over 30+ Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(TMS) clinics across six states. His strategic vision and operational expertise helped scale the organization into the 2nd largest provider of TMS therapy in the United States. Randy’s background includes founding and senior leadership roles in multi-state retail pharmacy operations and healthcare-focused lead generation companies. His prior ventures specialized in driving patient acquisition for major pharmaceutical brands and nationally recognized healthcare publications, giving him a unique blend of clinical insight and growth-focused marketing acumen.
